Membership Levels:
Regular Company Member
(US Annual Dues: $5,000 first year, $10,000 second year, $15,000 third year & beyond)
Any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other business organization organized under the laws of the United States or a state thereof and engaged in the manufacture of advanced ceramic materials or products in the United States, or engaged in the sale of products incorporating advanced ceramic materials or products manufactured in the United States. Each Regular Company Member shall appoint a Voting Representative who shall serve on the Board of Directors and shall be eligible to serve as an officer of the Association.
Emerging Company Member
(US $2,000 Annual Dues)
Any corporation, partnership, joint venture or other business organization eligible for admission as a Regular Member, and whose average annual sales for the preceding three years do not exceed $25 million. For purposes of this subsection, “sales” shall include sales made by (1) the organization; (2) any entity that owns more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock of the organization; and (3) any entity more than fifty percent (50%) of whose voting stock is owned by the organization. Each Emerging Company Member shall appoint a Voting Representative who shall serve on the Board of Directors and shall be eligible to serve as an officer of the Association.
Associate Member
(US $2,000 Annual Dues)
Any university, not-for-profit research institute, manufacturer or supplier of equipment, energy or services to the United States advanced ceramics industry not eligible for admission as a Regular Member. Associate Members are not eligible to vote.
