We are sorry to inform you that the Composites, Materials, and Structures Conference scheduled for January 25-28, 2021 in Cocoa Beach, FL is canceled due to the pandemic.
USACA and the session chairs determined that there is no suitable forum for a virtual conference with ITAR and export restricted information, and no good options to postpone the conference to later in 2021. As such, we’ll have to look forward to reconvening in January 2022 to resume this unique and valuable gathering of industry, government, and academia to share information on programs and technology advancements.
The call for papers due on October 16 is also canceled. There will be no published proceedings or pre-recorded video presentations to substitute for the canceled conference. Please contact your session chairs if you had planned to submit a paper and want to explore other potential mechanisms to convey the information to government programs and/or talk about holding the paper until next year.
Please contact USACA with any questions or comments about the cancellation. Otherwise, please watch for a call for papers and other notices that will be sent out in the summer of 2021 for the January 2022 Cocoa Beach Conference.
