ITAR Exhibit Area for Cocoa Beach
USACA invites you to exhibit at the 44th Annual Conference on Composites, Materials, and Structures to be held on January 27 - 30, 2020, at the Radisson Resort at the Port, Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral Florida.

Cost to Exhibit: $750.00 plus electric
USACA has arranged to open the Pavilion at the Radisson Conference Hotel for an Expo on Monday and Tuesday. The Expo will be open Monday and Tuesday evening in conjunction with an evening reception.
Note: Both Monday and Tuesday will be ITAR Restricted - Export Controlled Material will be allowed.

in order to Exhibit at the Conference

- Booths are sold in 10 x 10 sq. ft. increments

Exhibitors Please Note:
Photography is NOT allowed in the exhibit hall. Cameras and cell phones will be confiscated by security if they are used to photograph any exhibit without prior consent from USACA.

Exhibitors are responsible for making their own shipping arrangements to / from the conference.
Shipping to Event:
Shipments will be accepted 1 week prior to event
Shipping maybe sent directly to Radisson Resort at the Port. There is no Loading Dock, therefore all shipments must be able to be loaded off of a truck without a lift, or driver needs to have a lift gate.
